Myrna Kay Kent (nee Harris), a resident of Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois, passed away on March 1, 2025, at the age of 85.Born in Burlington on June 25, 1939, and raised in West Burlington, she was the daughter of Gerald R. and Alice E. Harris.She attended West Burlington Elementary and Junior High Schools, was confirmed at St. Paul's Evangelical and Reformed Church (later St. Paul's United Church of Christ), and was a graduate of Burlington High School, where she was active in the school band and chorus.Myrna had been a resident of the greater Elmhurst, Illinois area since 1957, and after a very successful 32-year career in financial planning, retired from UBS (formerly known as Paine Webber) in 2001 as the Operations Manager of the Oakbrook Terrace office.Myrna was preceded in death by her parents, Gerald R. and Alice E. Harris (West Burlington), her brother Gerald W. (Jerry) Harris (Burlington,), ex-husband John P. Kent (Phoenix, AZ), and her longtime companion Bernard (Bernie) Callaha
