Charles P. BrummelCharles P. Brummel, age 84, a resident of the Villa St Benedict Community since 2013 and formerly of Glen Ellyn, IL, passed away peacefully on March 22, 2025. He was born on June 17, 1940, in Aurora, IL.Charles is survived by his devoted wife of 50 years, Cathy (nee Adduci); his loving daughters, Elizabeth (Jeromie) Munoz and Mary (Keith) Maves; his cherished grandchildren, Steven, Lilia and Grace Munoz, Brittany (Chad) Long, Will and Jake Maves; his adored great-granddaughter, Vanessah Lane; his dear brother, David (Mary) Brummel and brother-in-law, Tony (Lynne) Adduci; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, former students and good friends.He was preceded in death by his parents, Carl and Margaret Brummel; his brother, Marvin (the late Gail) Brummel.Charles was raised in Warrenville and attended SS.
